2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Our products are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse in China.
Estimated delivery time:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 8–18 business days

  • United Kingdom & EU Countries: 7–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days

  • Other Countries: 10–25 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local couriers, and seasonal demand.

We partner with reliable international carriers such as UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, and other certified logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check the delivery status online.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions during special events.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances

If a package is returned to sender, you may request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes or customs fees imposed by your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control or estimate these fees.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the product and packaging.
For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
